www.business is a property development and building project management company.  We redevelop residential properties to give them new leases of life; refurbish, re-use, renew. Our mission is to capture the grandeur and space of older times while installing modern heating, lighting, insulation and kitchens.  All of the splendour, none of the pain.

We’ve been established since 1999, so we must be doing something right!  We project manage for other people and also invest on our own behalf.  We are currently building a development fund for investors who want to invest a minimum of £500,000 to buy and develop older properties to maximise return on investment.

Our current project is on the east Anglian coast in Cromer, Norfolk.  Here. we’re extending and converting a fabulous late-Victorian detached house into only four spacious apartments; each with off-street parking.  The apartments range from 85sqm to 125sqm and are competitively priced.
